Description

  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing Activation SDRs to achieve quarterly activation targets.
  • Coach the team on sales best practices, data analysis, and the CPG, advertising, and eCommerce landscape.
  • Actively join sales calls, build advertiser relationships, and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a fast-paced transactional environment.
  • Track key business metrics and industry trends to inform team performance and strategy.
  • Improve sales processes, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes that reach more brands faster.

Requirements

  • History of exceeding sales goals or quota.
  • Experience in a sales management environment or 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in advertising.
  • History of developing early-career professionals.
  • Creative problem-solver.
  • Track record of excelling cross-functionally in a high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Process- and data-driven with proven sales funnel optimization success (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success implementing activity metrics and coaching cold outreach effectively (preferred).
  • Sales leadership experience in advertising, CPG, or eCommerce is ideal; paid search experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • Highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Base salary range from $87,000 to $110,200 USD depending on location.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh grants.
