Description

  • Meet or exceed an annual sales quota of $1 million USD or more.
  • Identify, nurture, and close net new enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Drive growth through enterprise customer and partner relationship management.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles using customer-centric selling and MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate with business development, presales, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com.
  • Develop account plans to retain and grow existing client revenue and renewals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
  • Database or data management sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1 million USD in annual sales quotas.
  • Experience as a sales hunter focused on new and expansion business.
  • Ability to manage large enterprise opportunities and close transactional and renewal business.
  • Strong sales acumen for complex sales cycles.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Proven history of selling complex solutions at a senior level.
  • Willing and able to travel within South Korea, with up to 20% travel across APAC.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience selling open source or cloud software solutions is preferred.
  • Experience qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
  • Deep knowledge of the open source ecosystem, including community and commercial licensing models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and other sales and prospecting software.
