Description

  • Own the roadmap, scoping, and end-to-end delivery of core platform modules.
  • Translate product strategy, merchant needs, and operational workflows into detailed Jira tickets with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Run daily prioritisation and manage sprint execution to keep development focused and unblock engineering quickly.
  • Lead hands-on QA and UAT to validate carrier integrations, merchant dashboards, and platform updates before release.
  • Act as the primary product-facing project manager for merchant onboarding and resolve operational edge cases.
  • Define and streamline carrier, warehouse, and partner integration requirements and framework.
  • Deepen the platform’s integration with Shopify Plus, including merchant dashboard, App Bridge, and webhooks.
  • Research and apply AI developments to automate e-commerce logistics workflows and improve product capabilities.
  • Architect product features for cross-border trade complexity, including customs documentation, commercial invoices, and DDU/DDP handling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and scaling B2B SaaS platforms or high-volume e-commerce products, preferably in the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify App ecosystem, including App Store standards, Polaris, OAuth, App Bridge, and GraphQL APIs.
  • Comfort reading API documentation and discussing technical trade-offs involving MongoDB, serverless AWS, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React, and Svelte.
  • Practical understanding of e-commerce logistics data flows across ERPs, WMSs, and storefronts.
  • Experience working with or building integrations for Mintsoft or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with international shipping, customs documentation, commercial invoices, and DDU vs. DDP implications.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and driving product improvements.
  • Genuine interest in AI-driven product innovation, including agentic classification and predictive routing concepts.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and able to communicate clearly with engineers and merchants.
  • Available to work UK business hours, typically 09:00 to 17:30 GMT/BST.
