Description

  • Own the full homeowner relationship for an assigned portfolio of accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of each owner’s property, history, preferences, and current situation.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners so they are informed before they need to ask.
  • Track all commitments made to homeowners and ensure none are missed or dropped.
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver on commitments on time and to the required standard.
  • Drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders and follow through until completion.
  • De-escalate tense or difficult situations while maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Produce clear weekly performance reports for homeowners.
  • Build strong client relationships that support renewals and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, customer success, hospitality management, or similar service-industry experience.
  • Proven track record of owning client relationships rather than only handling tickets.
  • Strong references that speak to ownership, accuracy, communication, and accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and resolve issues across multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and basic performance metrics such as revenue, occupancy, and P&L is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as CRMs, ClickUp, and AI-powered systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of or interest in short-term rental or Airbnb operations is preferred.
