Description

  • Respond to general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and provide cost-effective solutions to issues.
  • Build and launch e-commerce stores and portals based on specifications.
  • Configure store themes, layouts, design, settings, product listings, and pricing using Elementor and related platforms.
  • Assist in transitioning and rebuilding stores onto the Prodigy platform.
  • Monitor inventory levels, prepare reorder reports, and manage inventory lots across Orderforge/OMG and Zoho Inventory.
  • Create Syncore jobs for new production orders and replenishment orders.
  • Manage product orders and ensure accurate processing within e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret reports on product performance, sales activity, and assortment performance.
  • Perform month-end data entry into Syncore to record sales and activity.
  • Create and edit product visuals and store assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in marketing agencies, retail, or promotional products industries.
  • Proven experience building and managing e-commerce stores beyond customer service or backend support.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
  • Elementor experience is highly preferred, with familiarity with WordPress and Elementor preferred for Prodigy platform usage.
  • Experience with store setup, product uploads, and order management workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and deadline management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across store builds, inventory, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing email interactions.
  • Ability to work independently, learn new platforms quickly, and adapt to systems such as Prodigy and Zoho.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, follow-through, and a proactive ownership mindset.
  • Stable career background is preferred.
  • Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping and fulfillment platforms is an advantage.
  • Background in inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is preferred.
  • Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients is preferred but not required.
