Description

  • Run client discovery sessions to understand operations, team structure, pain points, and current workflows.
  • Map end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI and automation.
  • Build prioritized automation roadmaps with clear expected outcomes for each client.
  • Configure and deploy AI managers, executive assistants, smart rules, goals, task workflows, and automation triggers inside Alexia.
  • Set up and manage integrations between Alexia and client systems such as HubSpot, Xero, HR/ATS tools, email, and calendar platforms.
  • Configure MCP servers and manage API-based integrations to extend platform capability.
  • Build and refine AI agent prompts, instructions, and workflows to match client business logic.
  • Test, validate, troubleshoot, and monitor automations to ensure reliable production performance.
  • Train client teams on how to use Alexia effectively and help them adopt AI-assisted workflows.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, act as an ongoing point of contact, and feed client needs and product gaps back to the Alexia team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on role combining business analysis or process improvement with technical implementation.
  • Strong ability to map and analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design practical automated solutions.
  • Solid understanding of AI tools and automation concepts, including AI assistants, workflow automation, prompt engineering, integrations, and AI-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and connecting SaaS platforms together; MCP experience is a plus.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting SaaS platforms such as CRMs or automation tools.
  • Experience running client-facing discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong project management instincts with the ability to track work, follow through, and manage multiple engagements.
  • Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Familiarity with CRM, accounting, HR, or recruitment platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Xero.
  • Understanding of OAuth, API authentication, and data security basics.
