Description

  • Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards using multiple data sources.
  • Create a central metrics layer and single source of truth across marketing, sales, customer success, and physician experience.
  • Track and report key business metrics, trends, and recommended actions to leadership.
  • Build automated alerts and monitoring for metrics that move outside expected ranges.
  • Analyze churn, retention, cohort behavior, and lifetime value to support retention strategy.
  • Analyze conversion funnels and campaign performance to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities.
  • Develop client and physician profiles, and analyze physician supply and demand by state and specialty.
  • Support operations analytics for call volume, subscriptions, billing, collections, and service quality.
  • Establish KPI scorecards, baseline metrics, and reporting cadences for leadership and department heads.
  • Partner on data infrastructure, documentation, tool evaluation, and ad hoc strategic analyses.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, ideally in SaaS, marketplace, subscription, or technology companies.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google BigQuery, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn ambiguous data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership in a lean, fast-moving startup environment with incomplete or imperfect data.
  • Curiosity and business acumen to identify the right questions, not just answer the asked ones.
  • Experience with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, churn/retention analysis, or other subscription analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Abacus AI or other AI-powered analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of US healthcare concepts such as collaborative practice, NP/PA scope of practice, or telehealth is an advantage but not required.
