Description

  • Act as a lead developer or technical lead on Power Platform projects.
  • Design and implement complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
  • Participate in the full solution implementation process, including pre-sales, analysis, requirements gathering, design, and development.
  • Educate and support junior team members.
  • Stay current on product improvements and releases and collaborate with internal teams on product developments.
  • Deliver end-to-end application and automation solutions from requirements gathering through testing and maintenance.
  • Work with customers to translate technical solution advantages into business value.
  • Participate in creating end-to-end BI solutions.
  • Act as a Power Platform leader in projects.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
  • Very good technical knowledge, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solution advantages into business value for customers.
  • English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end application and automation solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Awareness of the newest Power Platform features.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
  • Preferred: experience with data modeling, performance tuning, business requirements gathering, and solution translation.
  • Preferred: experience with CI/CD and version control.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Python.
  • Preferred: strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions, or other cloud platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, or AWS.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Boomi and BluePrism.
  • Preferred: experience working with international customers and teams.
  • Preferred: experience in agile or agile/waterfall projects.
  • Preferred: experience working with stakeholders at different seniority and maturity levels.
