Description

  • Own the end-to-end CPQ lifecycle, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and renewals.
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Lead CPQ architecture decisions and align them with GTM, Finance, and Product strategies.
  • Manage and enhance the product catalog, pricing structures, discounting models, and bundling strategies.
  • Drive automation across quote generation, approvals, and contract workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Product teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance, including SOX considerations.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex CPQ issues and improve system performance.
  • Support CPQ revamps, pricing changes, and GTM transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder are strongly preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Strong understanding of product and pricing strategy.
  • Experience with Finance and revenue systems such as NetSuite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Advanced Approvals and complex approval workflows.
  • Experience with CPQ implementations, redesigns, or large-scale optimizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Salesforce CPQ configuration experience, including products, price rules, product rules, and quote templates.
  • Salesforce platform experience with Flows, Apex, validation rules, and security model.
  • Experience integrating with downstream systems such as ERP and billing platforms.
  • Experience with data management, deduplication, and governance.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics for CPQ and revenue operations.
  • Interest in or experience with AI-driven automation within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows and intelligent process automation.
  • Experience with tools that support data enrichment, routing, or decision-making is a plus.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Billing or other QTC tools.
  • Preferred experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Preferred exposure to RevOps transformations or GTM system overhauls.
  • Preferred familiarity with tools such as Clari, Gong, Outreach, or similar.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $129,000-$193,500.
