Description

  • Manage a portfolio of Realtor.com’s largest subscription customers and drive monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain and grow existing enterprise relationships through upsells of new and existing products.
  • Develop new enterprise-level relationships by selling emerging products and solutions to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to build customer profiles and sales strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and solutions expert for strategic customers with complex needs.
  • Own the renewal process for customers in the assigned book of business.
  • Lead and develop the sales workforce by setting goals, directing work, and building team skills.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics such as dials, utilization, successful activities, and closes.
  • Partner with other departments to identify improvement opportunities in technology, efficiency, quality, culture, and performance.
  • Work with leadership teams to develop and optimize strategies in a changing environment.
  • Travel to meet enterprise clients and attend trade shows as needed, approximately 50% or more of the time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working successfully in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Experience tracking, measuring, and being accountable to defined KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to influence decisions cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing duties.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexible schedule and strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and G Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Docs, preferred.
