Description

  • Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs that communicate the brand story.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Project Management teams to develop integrated omnichannel campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that reach target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and lead tactical and brand planning.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights work, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and omnichannel marketing best practices and apply relevant insights to strategy.
  • Drive innovation in brand strategy and marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure brand initiative and campaign effectiveness and use insights to inform future strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members and foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and external partners to align brand strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Brand Strategy or related roles within an advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and willingness to adjust scope and responsibilities as the business evolves.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can work independently and under tight deadlines.
