Description

  • Develop cohesive, multi-channel media plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate client KPIs into budget allocations across Social, YouTube, and Programmatic channels such as Display, Video, CTV, and DOOH.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and lead weekly status calls, QBRs, and strategy sessions.
  • Own account health, profitability, retention, and overall service quality for assigned clients.
  • Partner with comms, Analytics, and Creative teams to shape audience architecture, interpret performance, and turn insights into actionable business narratives.
  • Design and oversee measurement frameworks, including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM), to support growth decisions.
  • Identify same-store growth opportunities by understanding client unit economics and competitive dynamics.
  • Support new business pitches by contributing strategic insights and account understanding.
  • Provide quality control for deliverables, mentor team members, and manage career progression.
  • Drive campaign testing, explore new partners and emerging channels, and evaluate creative technology opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in media across search, social, programmatic, and video.
  • Proven success managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience creating complex go-to-market strategies and media plans for full-funnel and performance-focused brands.
  • Experience working directly with creative and development teams to produce, iterate, and optimize digital assets for media performance.
  • Deep familiarity with competitive assessment, SWOT analysis, and industry analysis.
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams on granular program tracking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead team structures, prioritize high-pressure tasks, and navigate sensitive client dynamics autonomously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Nice to have: in-platform experience.
