Description

  • Build use-case prioritization frameworks using quantitative scoring models that weigh business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Develop journey governance frameworks, testing roadmaps, and maturity assessments to help clients scale programs without accumulating architectural debt.
  • Design marketing analytics and KPI architectures that connect campaign metrics to business outcomes and support experimentation and investment decisions.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies, lifecycle stage definitions, and personalization frameworks using first-party, behavioral, CDP, and CRM data.
  • Synthesize performance data from platforms such as Braze into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end journey mapping from discovery workshops through current-state and future-state maps.
  • Partner with technology vendors such as Braze, Segment, and Databricks to maintain platform intelligence and translate vendor roadmaps into client opportunities.
  • Build and present executive-ready business cases for martech investments, including ROI modeling and value realization roadmaps.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to VP- and C-level stakeholders and partner with Client Partners to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Contribute reusable frameworks, assessment tools, workshop guides, and thought leadership content that elevate Stitch’s internal methodology and market presence.
  • Manage billable time to meet 36+ hours per week and travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and presenting multi-year martech roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
  • Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy is required.
  • Net new platform implementation experience is preferred, including contributing to a lifecycle marketing strategy from the ground up during an initial deployment.
  • Strong familiarity with at least one analytics or BI platform such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Experience with enterprise martech platforms such as Braze or Segment.
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience working in large datasets, performance models, dashboards, reports, and experiment results.
  • Ability to design experimentation frameworks tied to business outcomes rather than engagement metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and executive-level storytelling skills.
  • Specialized strategic experience in a relevant category such as loyalty strategy, data strategy, QSR, retail, media, or communications is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
