Description

  • Audit and evolve Acoustic's brand identity, voice, and positioning across external touchpoints.
  • Own brand standards and enforce consistent application across web, product, sales, events, customer communications, and partner materials.
  • Partner with product marketing to align brand expression with product positioning.
  • Lead and manage the in-house Designer and Content Strategist, including creative direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
  • Own the visual identity system, including templates, layouts, and standards that make the brand consistent and recognizable.
  • Brief and manage agency partners for video, campaign creative, and event materials.
  • Own brand voice guidelines and ensure they are reflected in website copy, sales decks, and product UI copy.
  • Develop content as a measurable demand channel and align editorial planning with demand generation and distribution goals.
  • Lead end-to-end creative production from brief through delivery for brand and campaign assets.
  • Build efficient intake, prioritization, feedback, and production systems, including use of AI to support creative workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand, content, or integrated marketing roles.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing creative teams.
  • Proven experience owning a rebrand or brand evolution.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy work, including voice guidelines, visual identity systems, and positioning narrative.
  • Demonstrated success managing content as a demand channel with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing designers and/or creative teams with a high standard for craft and output quality.
  • B2B SaaS background required.
  • Exposure to B2C or consumer-facing brand environments is a meaningful differentiator.
