The company operates as a "buy and build" acquirer, leveraging technology to drive growth and profitability across its portfolio. Founded in 2006, Range Group has evolved from its origins in Land Rover Defender expeditions to a formal business with a focus on destination management and private guided tours. Its portfolio includes notable companies like Kensington Tours, Travel Edge, TripArc, and Ensemble Travel, which collectively generate over $4.5 billion in annual sales. Each company specializes in different aspects of leisure travel, emphasizing the value of expert travel advisors supported by technology. Additionally, the Range Foundation contributes to high-impact projects by donating 10% of group profits along with contributions from employees, suppliers, and clients.
