Description

  • Partner with sales leadership and department heads to identify performance gaps, organizational challenges, and opportunities to improve sales competency and efficiency.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize sales tools, content, and training materials for adoption throughout the sales process.
  • Design and execute sales enablement programs, including new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and sales process documentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to gather input, drive alignment, and improve communication between departments and the sales team.
  • Use sales process improvement methods such as pipeline analysis and competency mapping to streamline the sales cycle and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs and ROI metrics for enablement initiatives such as ramp time, content utilization, and win rates.
  • Lead rollout of new sales technologies, content, and training with minimal disruption to day-to-day sales operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales content and tool-related issues, resolving problems and optimizing adoption.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to refine sales assets, messaging, playbooks, battlecards, and competitive intelligence materials.
  • Evaluate and implement tools and automation solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve sales force efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record showing how content, training, and technology drive positive sales results.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to self-manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience launching programs to an internal sales audience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Strong background in content creation, delivery, and sales technology, including CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Working knowledge of RainFocus products, market, goals, and future roadmap.
  • Ability to work autonomously and creatively with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Attention to detail, strong leadership and influence, and comfort driving change in a fast-paced environment.
