Description

  • Implement and monitor digital touchpoints across the client journey to improve platform adoption and value realization.
  • Use early-warning tools and client data to identify at-risk accounts and escalate high-risk renewals to the CSM Manager.
  • Manage day-to-day client success tools and maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and related repositories.
  • Create and deploy one-to-many content such as email sequences, help guides, and internal awareness materials.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to CS leadership.
  • Support workflows and automation that improve team efficiency and enable larger client portfolios.
  • Partner with CS leadership to refine journey mapping and address gaps in tooling or insights.
  • Provide operational support to the CSM Manager across the one-to-many client success model.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong interest in client success automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze spreadsheets or dashboards and translate trends into next steps.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create professional, engaging content for a broad audience.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure.
  • A proactive, builder-oriented problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience working with digital success programs or one-to-many client engagement models is a plus.
