Description

  • Design and deliver secure, scalable post-sales implementations for commercial customers across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Guide customers on architecture, integration, optimization, and tuning for AI/LLM and RAG use cases.
  • Create reference architectures, onboarding guides, and playbooks that improve time-to-value and adoption.
  • Run enablement sessions, whiteboarding workshops, and proofs of concept to demonstrate customer value.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and data pipeline issues to maintain stability, observability, and performance.
  • Feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and enterprise capabilities.
  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers as a trusted technical partner throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Support commercial customers from purchase through production and help them realize the full value of the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Deep experience with cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Strong hands-on Python skills for scripting, API integration, and automation.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale deployments and solving customer problems with technical precision.
  • Excellent communication skills for both engineering and business audiences.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup or high-growth environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Experience delivering or optimizing RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LLM-based applications is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and security/compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with both pre-sales and post-sales solutioning across AI/ML workflows is a bonus.
