Description

  • Develop and pursue sales strategies to generate net new business opportunities in the region.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through disciplined individual effort.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services and position solutions against customer problems.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate long-term agreements and contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions of sale.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, next steps, probability, communication, and forecasting records in sales tools.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients to support customer satisfaction and identify new solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical, functional, and delivery teams to support growth objectives and customer success.
  • Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve client and prospect concerns and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales and consulting experience in the IT industry, focused on Oracle Technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud value proposition, features, and benefits.
  • Experience selling cloud technology products and services with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong network and extensive experience in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
