Description

  • Develop and pursue sales strategies to identify net new business opportunities in the region.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through disciplined prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services and position them to solve customer problems.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate and close long-term agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions of sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, next steps, probabilities, communications, and forecasting in sales tools.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients to support customer satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical, functional, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and growth objectives.
  • Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve client and prospect concerns and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of sales and consulting experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience focused on Oracle Applications, preferably JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, and Managed Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle Applications and Oracle Cloud value proposition, features, and benefits.
  • Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally abroad.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience selling cloud technology products and services with a focus on customer needs.
  • Strong network and extensive experience in the Oracle Applications and Oracle Cloud ecosystem across Belgium.
