Description

  • Own the customer account platform and identity foundation across Quince’s commerce ecosystem.
  • Define and build account creation, onboarding, login, passwordless authentication, profile management, and account lifecycle experiences.
  • Own the authentication architecture, including identity linking, session management, account recovery, and fraud and abuse prevention.
  • Design systems that let AI agents securely verify identity, assist users, and act with clear permissions, consent, and auditability.
  • Define and build the canonical customer identity and profile model, including preferences, address book, account metadata, and consent data.
  • Improve the customer-facing account experience, including dashboards, order history, returns access, address management, payment management, and notification preferences.
  • Define identity integrations with checkout, customer support, fraud and risk, marketing/CRM, fulfillment, and AI/ML systems.
  • Build AI-powered capabilities such as account recovery assistants, identity verification support, customer copilots, and internal workflow automation.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, security, data/AI, CX, and growth/marketing teams.
  • Own metrics for customer experience, platform health, security and trust, and growth enablement.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in product management.
  • Experience building platform or infrastructure products.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, system design, and data models.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience building or contributing to AI-powered products, including AI agents, copilots or assistants, LLM-powered workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.
  • Experience with identity, authentication, or account systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and session management is preferred.
  • Ecommerce or marketplace platform experience is preferred.
  • Experience with privacy, security, or trust systems is preferred.
  • Experience scaling internal platforms is preferred.
  • Experience designing or shipping AI agents or assistant-style experiences is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or agent orchestration is preferred.
