Description

  • Own the lifecycle, commercial strategy, and growth of the B2B connectivity portfolio.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for next-generation enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Establish scalable pricing structures, service level agreements, and value-based offerings for the commercial segment.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies for long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Develop high-touch sales enablement support for enterprise customers and sales teams.
  • Create fulfillment orchestration, service management, and service assurance processes for the enterprise segment.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share expansion for the commercial portfolio.
  • Develop business cases for network and product investments and development efforts.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to support go-to-market planning and operational execution.
  • Bridge technical engineering and commercial execution for internet and connectivity solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
  • 8 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or solutions architecture in Telecom, Tier 1 Carrier, or Enterprise Managed Service Provider industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of high-end internet connectivity and networking solutions.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders internally.
  • Experience building relationships with enterprise CIOs and CTOs externally.
  • 10 years of experience building and growing a business and customer base, with experience managing customer expectations and relationships (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills (preferred).
  • B2B sales and/or operations experience, ideally focused on acquiring residential and commercial businesses (preferred).
  • Experience using project management, business judgment, experiment design, and analytical and quantitative skills at an ISP or telecommunications company (preferred).

  • US base salary range of $164,000 to $241,100 plus bonus and benefits.
