Description

Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospective customers and generate interest.
Warm up leads, build rapport, and establish trust with potential clients.
Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
Communicate the company’s value proposition and tailor messaging to prospect needs.
Explain products and services clearly when scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to create drip campaigns.
Ability to quickly understand and explain complex products and services.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Goal-oriented approach focused on meeting and exceeding targets.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must be based in the Philippines and available to work EST hours.
Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week.

Benefits

Compensation of $7 per hour.
Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
