Description

  • Prioritize top named accounts and execute strategic territory plans to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Drive full-cycle land-and-expand sales across Fortune 500 insurance accounts.
  • Meet and exceed annual quota targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new and expansion opportunities.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and forecast deals accurately.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to create value-driven proposals and demonstrate ROI.
  • Build trust with prospective clients and develop compelling business cases for strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with delivery teams after the sale to support kickoff meetings and major milestones.
  • Cultivate long-term stakeholder relationships before and after the sale to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in Insurance or Financial Services accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals valued at $500k–$1M+.
  • Experience building and maintaining trust with senior stakeholders over long sales cycles.
  • Experience developing data-driven business cases and demonstrating ROI.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDPICC.
  • Proficiency with CRM, prospecting, and AI tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think critically in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
