Description

  • Manage a targeted portfolio of named strategic accounts and consistently meet or exceed annual quota.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to build and sustain a revenue pipeline.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and align Quantum Metric’s SaaS solutions to their goals.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and drive deals to closure.
  • Build compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI and strategic value for prospective clients.
  • Cultivate long-term trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the platform, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends.
  • Collaborate across web, iOS, Android, and technology ecosystem partners as needed to support deals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, with multiple years focused on strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals in the $500,000 to $1,000,000+ range.
  • Experience selling solutions involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Experience developing business cases and demonstrating ROI.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market.
  • Proficiency with AI tools in a professional SaaS sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

  • Base salary of $140,000-$160,000 with uncapped commissions and double-base OTE.
