Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification through close.
  • Drive deal velocity across a pipeline of warm-to-hot opportunities.
  • Execute a structured, BANT-driven, stage-gated sales process with strong accountability.
  • Run high-impact discovery and demo calls that convert prospects.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, next steps, and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Create urgency and control the buying process to move deals forward.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate deals.
  • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Operate with strong deal control, urgency, and ownership throughout the sales motion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS, EdTech SaaS, or digital content/curriculum sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing and closing high-velocity deal cycles.
  • Strong experience running full-cycle sales motions.
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 40-50% of the time.
  • Comfort using modern sales engagement tools and AI tools for prospecting, research, and deal execution.
  • Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to thrive in structured, accountable sales systems.
  • Preferred mindset: a closer who creates momentum and pushes deals forward without being pushy.

  • Base salary of $100,000.
  • On-target earnings of $200,000–$250,000 through uncapped commission.
