Description

  • Design scalable, secure, cost-effective AI solution architectures.
  • Build AI-powered products and platforms aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, and advanced RAG architectures.
  • Integrate AI solutions with ERPs, CRMs, data platforms, and other enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate LLMs, SLMs, multimodal models, and AI technology components.
  • Define evaluation metrics and strategies for AI quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Implement observability and monitoring for performance, cost, security, latency, and model behavior.
  • Establish LLMOps practices covering development, testing, versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Lead architectural decisions, technical standards, engineering practices, and complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency for communication in a global environment.
  • Strong experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions in production.
  • Experience architecting complex, business-critical enterprise solutions and leading multidisciplinary initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Milvus.
  • Experience developing APIs and microservices with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, reliability engineering, multi-agent systems, model customization, MLOps/LLMOps, GraphRAG, Databricks, or Snowflake is preferred.
