Description

  • Work with Sales to position and sell Quadric products.
  • Defend the Quadric architecture and its advantages compared with other edge AI IP solutions.
  • Support customer evaluations by installing the SDK and algorithms and analyzing customer systems to determine the best hardware and software solution.
  • Analyze customer-reported technical issues and coordinate with engineering to identify and deliver the best solution.
  • Set up regular technical discussions with customers to review deliverables, resolve issues, and provide follow-up support.
  • Deliver periodic customer training sessions and product presentations.
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering to define product specifications based on customer needs.
  • Conduct project feasibility studies.
  • Provide remote and on-site customer support, including occasional travel to the U.S. headquarters and within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering.
  • 3+ years of direct customer support experience in Sales or Business Development activities.
  • Basic knowledge of software perception systems and/or computer vision.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience describing, building, running, and deploying Docker containers.
  • Experience with Linux or Unix-based operating systems.
  • Experience with at least one machine learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or TensorFlow Lite.
  • Experience quantizing, running, and debugging neural networks with ONNX Runtime is a plus.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor intellectual property (IP) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting parallel C/C++ languages such as CUDA, OpenVX, or NEON is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of intermediate Git concepts such as branching, rebasing, and merge conflict resolution.
  • Solid understanding of the semiconductor development process, including RTL, GDS, and ASIC.
  • Ability to methodically debug problems, communicate findings to engineering, and test and deploy system updates and upgrades.
