Description

  • Act as the primary technical overlay for the solution architecture team on complex Google Cloud pursuits.
  • Architect and deploy custom applications and AI agents using Google Cloud native services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Armor, and Compute Engine.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for quoting and pricing Google Cloud consumption and complex cost models.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Solution Architecture to design and structure Managed Services offerings.
  • Drive the integration of generative AI and predictive analytics into the solution portfolio.
  • Evolve and maintain demo and proof-of-concept environments for client demonstrations.
  • Enable internal teams on how to deliver demo and proof-of-concept environments.
  • Collaborate with senior client executives to uncover business and technical needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Balance cloud infrastructure work with Contact Center solutioning while growing expertise in Customer Engagement Suite.
  • Share knowledge with the broader architecture team and help them deepen Google ecosystem understanding.

Requirements

  • Experience acting as an overlay or technical specialist within a pre-sales or sales engineering team.
  • Proficiency in deploying custom applications and AI agents using Cloud Run, Cloud Armor, and Compute Engine.
  • Deep understanding of Google Cloud pricing calculators, consumption models, and quoting complex cloud architectures.
  • Experience building or scoping Managed Services offers and support agreements.
  • A cloud-first background with a strong desire to learn Google Customer Engagement Suite and broader Contact Center technologies.
  • Proven ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, DC, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, including compute, security, and networking, preferred.
  • Experience with Customer Experience (CX) strategy or contact center technologies, preferred.
