Description

  • Support development and execution of the program's organizational change management strategy.
  • Assess organizational readiness for new capabilities and system deployments.
  • Identify change impacts across organizations, business processes, and user groups.
  • Maintain change management plans, schedules, implementation trackers, and risk mitigation actions.
  • Build relationships with government stakeholders, functional leads, and end users.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, feedback sessions, and action items.
  • Develop user-focused communications such as newsletters, announcements, FAQs, release notes, and informational materials.
  • Coordinate development of training resources, user guides, job aids, and onboarding support.
  • Track user adoption metrics, engagement trends, and feedback to measure change effectiveness.
  • Support knowledge management activities, including updates to FAQs, knowledge articles, and collaboration sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, project management, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting federal government, Department of Defense, or other large organizations is preferred.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience developing executive communications, user communications, training announcements, newsletters, FAQs, job aids, and presentation materials.
  • Experience supporting instructor-led training, virtual training, user onboarding, training coordination, and learning resource development.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and survey tools such as Microsoft Forms or SurveyMonkey.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with DoD or federal civilian agencies, Security Cooperation organizations, cloud-based applications, Agile environments, Microsoft 365/SharePoint/knowledge management initiatives, and behavioral science, human-centered design, or user experience principles.
  • Preferred certifications include Prosci Change Management Certification, ACMP CCMP, Certified Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or Security+.
