  • Qualify leads and identify strong sales opportunities.
  • Book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and energy during customer interactions.
  • Work full-time Monday through Friday during EST business hours.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
  • Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Computer or laptop with updated software.
  • Quality headset for clear calls.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and dialers, with training provided.
