Description

  • Own the end-to-end execution of webinars, from registration setup through live event delivery and on-demand conversion.
  • Build and manage webinar marketing infrastructure, including forms, landing pages, email sequences, data capture, and reporting.
  • Drive webinar email marketing, including invites, reminders, follow-ups, and nurture sequences for registrants and attendees.
  • Write and optimize copy for webinar-related assets such as emails, landing pages, follow-up messages, and companion content.
  • Translate webinar content into blogs, on-demand pages, video assets, and supporting cross-channel copy.
  • Maintain a consistent PushPress voice and identify webinar topics that can scale into evergreen content or future programming.
  • Use performance, search, and AI-citation data to improve webinar and content strategy.
  • Apply SEO and AEO best practices to increase visibility, conversion, and downstream pipeline impact.
  • Surface program-level recommendations based on testing, iteration, and conversion analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, content marketing, or a hybrid role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Fluency with HubSpot, including emails, forms, workflows, lists, and reporting.
  • Fluency with Webflow for building and editing landing pages within an established design system.
  • Experience using Claude or an equivalent LLM platform to support content production.
  • Experience owning webinars in Zoom, including registration setup, attendee tracking, and on-demand conversion.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
  • Working knowledge of AEO and optimizing content to be cited by AI search engines.
  • Comfort using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and AirOps, or ability to ramp on them quickly.
  • Strong writing ability across email copy, landing page copy, and long-form blog content while preserving brand voice.
  • Self-directed and able to run a webinar calendar with limited hand-holding.
  • Nice to have: experience marketing to gym owners, fitness professionals, or other SMB operators.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with PushPress's brand voice or ability to learn it quickly.
  • Nice to have: light design sensibility for creating on-brand landing pages.
  • Nice to have: experience with video editing tools for repurposing webinar recordings.
