Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing markets.
  • Own inside and outside sales efforts for large enterprise customers.
  • Drive self-sourced outbound pipeline and follow up on prospective inbound leads.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey and present Resi’s product and solutions.
  • Create, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified sales leads against quota.
  • Build and deliver customized product demos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical implementation issues.
  • Generate leads and maintain customer relationships through daily outreach and scheduling.
  • Use data analysis to develop and adjust action plans and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in fast-growing SaaS or subscription-based software.
  • Experience with digital sales at scale is required.
  • Ability to quickly learn broadcast and production technology, digital sales, and sales engineering.
  • Direct experience with multiple prospecting methods, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience using Salesforce for prospecting, forecasting, and reporting, and working with CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Willingness to travel within a designated geographic area, nationally, and internationally if needed.
  • Experience working with or in a faith-based organization is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred.
