Description

  • Deliver technical training to distributor sales teams and dealer technical staff.
  • Build reusable technical enablement materials, including use-case guides, reference designs, configuration standards, and signal-path documentation.
  • Develop technical positioning for deployments across multiple industry verticals.
  • Support complex and multisite pre-sales opportunities by helping partners scope, specify, and position solutions.
  • Serve as the escalation point for partner product, workflow, and integration questions.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence, including protocol-level product differentiation.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers and support partners in presenting additional capabilities or hardware.
  • Maintain and evolve a demo environment for partner training and feature launches.
  • Aggregate partner feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements.
  • Provide technical support at industry and integrator-facing events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of industry or professional AV experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer in ProAV or video infrastructure.
  • Hands-on system design and installation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting an indirect or partner-led sales motion preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS architecture, API workflows, cloud-based video distribution, and encoder/decoder signal paths.
  • Ability to scope and specify complete systems, not only explain products.
  • Strong technical training, consultative communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Credibility across multiple markets, including the faith-based sector, preferred.
  • Strong computer skills; willingness and ability to travel. The role may require occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

  • $90,000–$109,000 base salary plus $15,000 variable compensation; $105,000–$124,000 OTE.
