Description

  • Own co-marketing programs with ERP platforms, resellers, and implementation partners.
  • Plan and execute the North American event calendar, including sponsorships, booth activations, lead capture, follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
  • Run partner-hosted webinars from planning and promotion through delivery and performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain partner toolkits containing pitch decks, social assets, email templates, and value propositions.
  • Develop internal enablement materials for North American sales and channel representatives.
  • Build relationships with priority ERP platforms and VARs to secure joint marketing commitments.
  • Track channel and event performance, recommend investment priorities, and report results to sales leadership and marketing.
  • Coordinate multiple campaigns, events, and partners across time zones while maintaining deadlines and execution quality.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology, with partner, channel, or field marketing experience.
  • End-to-end event management experience, including multi-state user groups and conferences.
  • Experience running co-marketing programs with technology partners, VARs, or implementation partners.
  • Ability to secure partner commitment and resources for joint marketing activities.
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to create materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience tracking influenced pipeline and reporting program ROI.
  • Experience working in a Series A–C SaaS company with a small, hands-on marketing team is preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance or accounting software is preferred.

Benefits

  • U.S. base salary of $120,000–$160,000 per year or Canadian base salary of CAD $120,000–$160,000 per year.
