Description

  • Build understanding of federal customers’ missions, priorities, technical environments, and decision criteria.
  • Connect Everpure technologies to customer outcomes across enterprise storage, distributed architectures, file systems, cloud, and modernization initiatives.
  • Partner with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to shape account strategy and drive new business.
  • Lead technical evaluations, benchmarks, proofs of concept, system configurations, and solution designs.
  • Deliver technical presentations and architecture discussions to customers and prospects.
  • Provide technical leadership across DAS, NAS, SAN, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and software-defined or distributed storage.
  • Capture requirements and identify opportunities for interoperability, testing, performance validation, roadmap alignment, and joint planning.
  • Contribute to RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and develop customer-facing materials.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, cloud-native architectures, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated pre-sales experience supporting enterprise technology customers.
  • Five or more years of experience in technology, solution design, technical communications, or a related field.
  • Experience selling enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software solutions to enterprise or federal customers.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, or other federal customers preferred.
  • Understanding of client/server and web-based architectures, including scale-out and scale-up environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native, on-premises, and public-cloud environments, provisioning automation, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices.
  • Experience with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NAS, object or software-defined storage, and SAN.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, NFS, distributed computing, VMware, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and networking.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and storage-intensive SQL or Oracle applications.
  • Ability to lead technical discovery, develop solution architectures, communicate with technical and executive audiences, and cultivate new customer relationships.
