Description

  • Engage prospective customers early to understand their environments, challenges, and technical objectives.
  • Deliver tailored remote demonstrations and product walkthroughs of the Dragos Platform.
  • Build and maintain demo content, data sets, and lab environments aligned with current platform capabilities.
  • Provide consultative recommendations addressing prospects’ OT security challenges.
  • Respond to inbound questions, requests for information, proposals, and statements of work.
  • Share prospect and customer insights with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to inform the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Marketing, account teams, and Senior Solution Architects throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, or pre-sales role, or equivalent education.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and the OSI model.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple demo environments and competing priorities independently.
  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to continuously learn new technology.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15%.
  • All new hires must pass a background check.
