Description

  • Manage day-to-day reseller partner relationships and serve as the primary operational and administrative liaison for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee deal registration workflows, including review, approval, extension, and reassignment, to keep Salesforce pipeline data accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and clear ownership of partner-led opportunities.
  • Guide partners toward required and optional sales, technical, and certification training resources.
  • Track and report on partner completion of competency and training requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner program questions, incentives, and requirement updates.
  • Resolve operational and systems issues related to partner portals, login access, and CPQ.
  • Support Field Marketing and Channel Marketing teams in driving partner participation in local events and programs.
  • Follow up on partner-led marketing initiatives to improve ROI.
  • Identify process friction points, document best practices, and help streamline partner operations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Experience supporting or managing relationships in a fast-paced technology or B2B environment.
  • Experience working with channel partners or resellers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management portals.
  • Strong ability to manage data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow, analyze, and improve operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first, service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Channel Ops, Marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Experience in channel sales or channel operations is preferred.
