Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with partner principals, executives, sales teams, and sales management across existing and prospective reseller and channel partners.
  • Align Everpure’s go-to-market strategy with national partner plans to support growth and long-term strategic relationships.
  • Deliver regular sales training to partner technical and sales teams on Everpure’s value proposition and industry positioning.
  • Support pipeline development, sales qualification, and closing opportunities through the ISO and channel.
  • Develop, deploy, and quarterly review business plans to expand traction with existing channel partners.
  • Coordinate relationship-building and account-mapping activities between Everpure’s sales organization and partner teams.
  • Drive partner autonomy and independence through enablement programs with regional sales teams.

Requirements

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills to drive consensus internally and across partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing reseller and distributor channels with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a national partner or territory for maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or Software Engineering preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales or channels for enterprise storage, networking, or systems solutions.
  • Experience working with large enterprise accounts.
  • Senior-level strategic partner management experience is implied by the role scope.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and sales stakeholders.
  • Experience in channel enablement and go-to-market alignment is preferred by the role context.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $133,800 to $201,000 USD.
