Description

  • Own the sales pipeline for the assigned Philadelphia territory, including activity management, forecasting, and revenue quota attainment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for enterprise customers.
  • Mobilize internal resources such as Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Executives to support account plans and customer engagement.
  • Build and deepen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through final contract.
  • Coordinate team-selling efforts with internal peers and external strategic channel partners.
  • Identify, prospect, and win new logo business within the territory.
  • Position Pure Storage's portfolio as the solution to customer business challenges.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and a consistent flow of new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience engaging customers with strong executive presence and the ability to uncover business challenges.
  • A Challenger mindset and thought leadership approach to selling.
  • Ability to apply customer insights and technology expertise to displace incumbents and solve complex data problems.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Experience fostering shared ownership and success across internal teams and external channel partners.
  • Strong territory management and prospecting skills.
  • A consistent track record of opening new logo opportunities and building a healthy sales pipeline.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $130,000 to $208,000 USD.
