Description

  • Build the sales ecosystem and establish the sales playbook from the ground up.
  • Create sales assets and custom proposal frameworks in partnership with Product, Service, Panel, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop and maintain a rigorous, predictable sales process that supports revenue growth.
  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation and execute multi-channel outbound outreach to startups and enterprise prospects.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from net-new logo acquisition through expansion and upsell.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to identify prospect pain points and position Pulse’s solutions.
  • Manage and negotiate complex deal cycles, including technical, commercial, procurement, and legal alignment.
  • Act as a technical consultant to buyers and help define clear deployment plans.
  • Provide real-time market feedback to Marketing, Business Development, AM, and Product teams.
  • Synthesize prospect feedback and objections into actionable product requirements to improve product-market fit.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience selling B2B technology, SaaS, or custom technical service solutions.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales process from lead generation through closing.
  • Experience selling highly technical data and analytics solutions to strategic accounts.
  • Experience working in undefined sales environments where processes must be built from scratch.
  • Ability to learn and clearly articulate complex technical value propositions to different stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous, self-directed, entrepreneurial, and able to build a territory from the ground up in a remote-first environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, G-Suite, and modern sales engagement platforms.
  • Nice to have: Experience building customer-tailored proposals for key stakeholders.
