Description

  • Develop and close new business opportunities within an assigned geographic territory or vertical.
  • Execute a sales strategy to identify prospective partners that fit the company’s Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Engage decision-makers in compelling conversations and demonstrate the value of a partnership.
  • Prospect actively through scaled email sequences and cold calling to generate pipeline.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of healthcare organizations, from independent medical groups to enterprise accounts.
  • Drive quarterly and annual quota attainment through proactive deal management and time management.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales and post-sales teams to support customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the company’s CRM, HubSpot.
  • Become a product expert and lead conversations about the company’s solutions and differentiation.
  • Provide forecast updates with strong accuracy and ownership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a top performer in a quota-carrying role in the healthcare provider space.
  • Strong communication skills, including phone presence, excellent writing, and professional internal and external communication.
  • Demonstrated coachability and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, grit, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and commitment to self-development.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Comfort with a mix of base salary and bonus compensation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet quarterly performance metrics.
