Description

  • Design and build cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions for client business challenges.
  • Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Support presales activities, including discovery calls, technical proposals, scoping, and client-facing demos.
  • Own the technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery.
  • Write clean, production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and REST APIs.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using orchestration and distributed computing tools.
  • Deploy ML and LLM-based solutions and implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices.
  • Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to engineering standards.
  • Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
  • Hands-on experience building production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components into solutions.
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience building and optimizing RAG systems.
  • Understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and quality assurance approaches.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Strong Python skills, including OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, and ECR, or similar cloud platforms; GCP considered.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices for ML and AI pipelines.
  • Familiarity with model monitoring, observability, and drift detection.
  • B2+ English and comfort working across distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Ability to own client technical relationships, decompose ambiguous requirements, and produce scoped delivery plans with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Experience with cost estimation and cloud architecture cost optimization.
  • Ability to make and defend architectural trade-off decisions.
  • Nice to have: AWS and Claude Code certifications.
  • Nice to have: CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Nice to have: experience in an additional language such as Go, Node.js, or Rust.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, or Kafka.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in the daily workflow such as Claude Code, Copilot, or similar.
