Description

  • Design and build cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions for client business challenges.
  • Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Support presales activities including discovery calls, technical proposals, scoping, and client demos.
  • Own the technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery.
  • Write production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using orchestration and distributed computing tools.
  • Deploy ML and LLM-based solutions in production environments.
  • Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and experiment tracking.
  • Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, mentor engineers, and lead code reviews.

Requirements

  • 7+ years building and running production systems.
  • Hands-on experience building production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components into solutions.
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience building and optimizing RAG systems.
  • Strong Python skills, including OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, and ECR; GCP is considered.
  • B2+ English and comfort collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Experience with cost estimation and cloud architecture cost optimization.
  • Understanding of LLM evaluation, quality assurance, CI/CD for ML/AI pipelines, model monitoring, observability, and drift detection.
  • Preferred: AWS and Claude Code certifications, CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, additional language experience such as Go, Node.js, or Rust, and hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, or Kafka.
