Description

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals and presentations.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to support client decision-making.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Guide technical and non-technical stakeholders on technical concepts and design implications.
  • Lead medium-scale technical requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions.
  • Break down requirements and user stories into tasks and estimate effort for completion.
  • Delegate technical tasks across multi-workstream projects and coordinate onshore/offshore resources.
  • Identify problems independently and own solution development and execution.
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions from others and assign ownership appropriately.
  • Monitor consultant task completion, remove impediments, and identify additional work.
  • Architect and set standards for low- to medium-complexity solutions using multiple technologies and integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
  • Ability to recommend Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs.
  • 5+ years of consulting project leadership experience.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft D365.
  • Experience configuring Microsoft D365 forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and solutions.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
  • Experience configuring and customizing Copilot Studio.
  • Experience implementing two or more of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales, Contact Center, Customer Service, or Customer Insights.
  • Experience migrating data and/or implementing integrations to and from D365.
  • Ability to decide whether a routine or high-complexity solution should use no-code or software development.
  • Experience with two or more of the following: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft ADO, external system integrations, SQL queries, HTML/CSS, ETL tools such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft, SDK, and XRMToolbox.
  • Two or more relevant Microsoft certifications.
