Description

  • Define product vision and roadmaps for GenAI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept through scaling, aligned to business KPIs.
  • Build business cases including market analysis, ROI, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead large-scale data migration initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Oversee data pipelines, transformation, governance, APIs, quality, security, compliance, and observability.
  • Lead Agile execution including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Break down complex initiatives into incremental releases while balancing feature delivery and technical debt.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, data scientists, and UX teams to translate technical work into business value.
  • Run workshops, user research, and product validation activities.
  • Define success metrics, analytics frameworks, product adoption efforts, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience, including 0→1 and scaling work.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or data platforms.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment.
  • Advanced English and German language skills.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Experience with agentic AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data migration strategies.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, AI observability, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Tableau or Power BI, and Git.
  • Strong design thinking, communication, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered productivity tools or prototypes with Claude workflows, n8n, Claude Code, or similar tools.
  • Consulting or client-facing product experience and/or a software development background is preferred.
  • Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner are preferred.
