Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and execution for Elastic Agent Builder.
  • Work with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to gather requirements and prioritize product needs.
  • Build, socialize, and align a roadmap for core context engineering capabilities.
  • Partner with data science and engineering to define benchmarking and evaluation strategies for agent capabilities.
  • Collaborate with design to create user experiences that help agents show and refine context as they work.
  • Serve as the product expert and evangelize Agent Builder through content such as blog posts and open source projects.
  • Work with a broad ecosystem of AI partners, including Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, as well as community developers.
  • Understand the AI agent market, major players, and emerging trends to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
  • Proven record of leading complex, data-intensive products from inception through launch and iterative growth.
  • Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers and data scientists to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across a matrixed organization and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex engineering topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Experience moving quickly, learning from experiments and tests, and using AI tools to accelerate work.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Passion for customer problems, industry trends, and the developer persona.

  • Typical starting salary range of €67,000 to €106,000 EUR.
