Description

  • Proactively source, engage, and close new mid-market and enterprise business opportunities across North America.
  • Sell AI/ML and cloud digital transformation consulting services through complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Own and manage a healthy territory pipeline across multiple verticals, including Finance, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent Provectus, with 30-40% travel expected.
  • Partner with technical leadership and delivery teams to scope solutions and close high-impact deals.
  • Build relationships with life sciences, pharma, biotech, medtech, and related decision-makers.
  • Navigate enterprise buying processes and complex organizational hierarchies to identify the right stakeholders.
  • Work with regulated-industry buyers on challenges related to clinical data, regulatory workflows, and lab automation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development within a Tier 1 consulting or professional services organization.
  • Proven ability to sell consulting services, engineering services, strategy projects, or digital transformation offerings rather than software products.
  • Experience in world-leading research and advisory firms or global cloud providers is a significant advantage.
  • Strong proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to operate without a playbook.
  • Exceptional English communication skills and the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with major cloud ecosystems, especially AWS, and their business value.
  • Prior experience selling into pharma, biotech, medtech, clinical research, or healthcare organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of regulated environments such as HIPAA and GxP is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a remote role with 30-40% travel expected.
  • Background or exposure to market intelligence, consulting, or service-led sales is preferred.
