Description

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business problems and define feasible ML solutions.
  • Design end-to-end ML and agentic AI architectures for client environments.
  • Author technical proposals that include scope, timelines, cost estimates, and resource estimates.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support General Managers in winning new business through technical leadership.
  • Architect agentic AI solutions using autonomous decision-making, tool orchestration, and LLM-based workflows.
  • Design MCP integration strategies and recommend suitable agent frameworks for client use cases.
  • Develop reference architectures for RAG agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-using agents.
  • Build proof-of-concept demonstrations using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Advise clients on build-vs-buy decisions and AgentOps requirements such as monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and manage technical stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, provide technical guidance during execution, and contribute reusable solution patterns and documentation.
  • Mentor engineers on client communication and solution design.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of demonstrated experience in ML or data science roles.
  • Proven client-facing experience leading pre-sales or discovery engagements.
  • Track record of architecting and delivering ML solutions that helped win business.
  • Deep understanding of the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion through production deployment.
  • Experience designing scalable, production-grade ML architectures across domains such as RAG, computer vision, time series, and recommendation systems.
  • Strong experience architecting LLM-based applications, including agentic systems.
  • Proficiency with agent design patterns, state management, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain agents, and multi-agent systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, and Anthropic tool ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture for client integrations.
  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code for prototyping and POC development.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS ML and data services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and ECS.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Bedrock agents, knowledge bases, and model hosting options.
  • Experience with serverless architectures such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions for agentic workflows.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization.
  • Ability to design cost-effective solutions with clear TCO analysis and trade-off assessment.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional or ML Specialty are preferred.
  • Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or retail is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices is preferred.
  • Experience with edge ML and IoT deployments is preferred.
  • Published thought leadership such as blogs, talks, or whitepapers is preferred.
  • Open-source contributions to agent frameworks or MCP servers are preferred.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, vector databases, data lakes, and real-time versus batch processing architectures is preferred.
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of Azure and GCP services for comparative client discussions is preferred.
