Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, tickets, documentation, and conversation context.
  • Design tasks from intermediate states of those environments and define what counts as a solved solution.
  • Write tests that validate agent solutions and correctly distinguish valid approaches from incorrect ones.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Ensure evaluation criteria are fair, robust, and neither too strict nor too lenient.
  • Assess whether tasks are solvable by an AI agent before releasing them.
  • Work within project-based assignments and submit tasks by the required deadline.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with a core stack that includes Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Submit your CV in English.
  • Ability to work on a project-based, non-permanent basis.
  • Comfort evaluating AI coding solutions and understanding where models fail.
  • Strong judgment for defining clear acceptance criteria across multiple valid solutions.
